Wood Slab Decorative Tray with Resin River Live Edge Design

Description

This striking tray is made from a single slice of natural wood, such as walnut, oak, or maple, which retains its live edge??the natural, uneven contour of the tree bark. Through the center of the slab, a vibrant “river” of high-gloss, colored epoxy resin (often in blues, teals, or clear) is poured, creating a stunning contrast between organic wood and modern resin art.

The wood is sanded smooth and sealed with a food-safe or durable topcoat, making the surface resistant to moisture and stains. Each tray is unique, with variations in wood grain, live edge shape, and resin color flow. Size varies but averages 14 inches long by 6 inches wide, providing a substantial and artistic organizing surface.

As a focal point for a coffee table, dining sideboard, or mantel, this tray is a conversation piece. It beautifully displays candles, a vase, a collection of stones, or cocktail accessories. It appeals to those who love nature-inspired decor with a contemporary artistic twist, blending functionality with gallery-worthy aesthetics.
