- You retain the original order confirmation, receipt, or digital order ID issued at the time of purchase.
As a strict non-negotiable policy, we will never process any full or partial refund without the physical return of the qualifying item to our designated returns address. No “refund only” requests — including claims for partial compensation without product return, digital refund requests for items you choose to keep, or requests to receive a full refund while retaining the purchased goods — will be approved under any circumstances. Even in cases where you report minor cosmetic inconsistencies that do not impact product function, you are required to return the relevant item to our facility before any corresponding refund can be processed.
